Andras was a great host, always in comunicatio. He actually picked us up at the traín station. The aparment was nice and well located, clean and nice.

The hotel owner was very hospitable and friendly! He was consistently trying to improve our stay and visit to the city, and even picked us up from the airport for a fee. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. The city centre and many other attractions were very accessible from the location.

my family and I visited Budapest in October!!! It was a wonderful and memorable experience!!! Ring avenue apartment was clean,comfortable,warm,and perfectly located close to every thing!!! We hade no problem getting around,exchanging money or fiend nice restaurant near by!!! Perfect location,

A ground floor apartment in a courtyard situated about a 10-15 minute walk from Liberty Bridge (on the Pest side). Plenty of cafes and bars close by and a tram stop directly outside the courtyard door. Nearest Metro about a 5 minute walk. Two small supermarkets right on the doorstep so no problem buying things for breakfast as apartment is self catering (we ate out at lunch and evening). As Hungary has its own currency, not the Euro, most things were relatively cheap. Location could not have been better as not right in the middle of the city but close enough to easily walk in 10-15 mins. Andras, the owner, was fantastic and helpful from the moment we booked, sending an informative E Mail about Budapest and offering to collect us from and return us to the Airport (for a charge - he is a businessman). No rail link to airport so this service was appreciated and he was exactly on time on both journeys. Would definatley stay here again.

The host, Andras Sebasteyn, is great. Right after we booked he sent a welcoming email with instructions on meeting him to collect the keys. (This is an apartment, not a hotel.) He also included a mini guidebook with key sights. I had been a little apprehensive about booking an apartment, but he made it easy. He was available by mobile and text, no problem at all. The location is perfect, on the ring but easy walk to all Pest sights. The apt. is in a courtyard, so street noise is blocked (although it meant it was a little dark.) Living room with sofabed, sleeping loft, small kitchen and even a clotheswasher.

Enjoyable and convenient place to stay during our recent trip in Budapest. Andras, the manager so the RingAvenue apartment is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Strongly recommended this apartment to Budapest visitors.

Highly recommended RingAvenue apartment to travelers to Budapest. If you are first time visitors to Budapest, Andras, the apartment manager, can also be your local tour guy as he speaks fluently six foreign languages and is so knowledgeable about his country.

Our trip to Budapest was amazing from the start. As soon as we booked this apartment, we received a wonderful email from Andras giving us all of the information we could ever ask for in order to plan our trip to the city. Andras picked us up from the train station and continued to provide us with so much information on the way to the apartment. Once there, we felt at home. We were very comfortable with the neighborhood and it's location was great. Easy walking distance to all parts of town, yet still a bit away to provide quiet relaxation. We cannot wait to return as a weekend was just not enough time to see all that the city has to offer; and we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and fairly priced

Andras is very knowledgeable about his local area, and was keen to tell us the best places to visit, and gave us sound advice regarding travel in the area. The apartment we stayed in, was beautiful and full of character. It was clean and tidy, and very welcoming and ideally located to the main attractions in Budapest. We would definitely recommend a stay in this apartment to couples or small groups. There is lots to see and do, and from where you are staying its easy to get to most places, Andras supplies some information leaflets and maps to help you find your way.
