I would give this place full marks. The location is good and you cannot fault the apartment itself. The place is very clean and provides a lot of utensils to cook etc along with cable TV. The owner is very welcoming and even collects you and leaves to airport for a small fee. Would certainly return here if in Budapest again due to price, location, the owner and the cleanisness of apartment

The apartment cannot accommodate 4 persons. It is a bit dankish， especially the bathroom smells moldy.

Very friendly and helpful owner, made us feel very at home. Apartment was exactly as described and in a very good location and nice area. Would definitely recommend to other visitors. Thank you Andras!

Great location - we loved the neighborhood - with numerous cafes and restaurants around. We didn't use the kitchen as restaurants were inexpensive (compared to Canadian standards) and there really wasn't an eating area in the apartment for all four of us (2 adults and 2 children). We were really comfortable (despite the heat wave!) András was great, greeting us at the train station, showing us around, being available for anything and everything. We loved Budapest, and it is a great city to come back to, hopefully, in a near future.

A very enjoyable three night stay in Budapest. Great apartment, clean and well maintained with a modern new bathroom and also an excellent location for getting around the city, would definitely consider going back again. The owner Andras was excellent throughout from advice before arrival to storing bags and providing a lift to the airport on our final day.

Excellent location, just a few blocks from great eating places and transport links. Owner very helpful. He offered to collect us from the airport and took us back at the end of the holiday. Great value for money. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Our stay here was made due to the location/price. The apartment itself is fine and well priced, however, the cleanliness of this place was very questionable - not sure if any cleaning products are ever used. Although it "looks" clean, we are sure that a quick swipe of the place with a rag, minutes before arrival is probably how this place is kept. I do not think the bedding is washed, maybe just fluffed up a bit and re-folded between guests. Didn't appreciate being told repeatedly by the owner to only review the place as 5 stars, which perhaps, is the reason this place is rated so highly, when it clearly does not deserve the 4.6/5 (at the time of our booking).

Very nice place to stay. The owner was so helpful; he met us at the designated time; he wrote to us ahead of time to give us useful advice. It was a very convenient location....just a few blocks from public transportation. Mr. Sebestyen even notified us through e mail that my husband had left his jacket there and met us at a designated time to get the jacket back.

Everything was far more than expected. Andras was very helpful (he even helped us get our lost luggage back afer we left!) The apartment was outstanding for the price. Other places give you only a single room for the price we received an apartment with a private bathroom, bedroom, funished kitchen, and living room. It was by far the niceat place we stayed during our backpacking trip through Europe. I would like to point out that there is no air conditioning (most hostels don't have it).However, we traveled in June and had no problems with the heat when the windows were open. Also, the location was geat and right in front of the tram with easy access to everything (spas, Parliament, great food, etc.). Be advised that some of the rooms sit over a bar so it might be a little noisy. It didn't bother me but may not be good for very light sleepers. Bottom line, stay here - you won't regret it!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of days and it was an excellent decision. Everything was clean as could be, everything was very very comfortable, and the location is great. Very close to many of the top attractions and social life of Budapest. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Jewish Quarter which has some of the best places to get food and drinks in the whole city. The Best part of the whole stay at this location though was meeting the owner András. He was very hospitable, generous, and more than willing to accomodate us in any way he could. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and told us the best things to do to get the most out of our short time with him. Top marks all around for this place.
