Severn View Hotel

the staff were friendly and helpful

very dirty room and bathroom. sheets and towels did not look clean . no pillow case on one pillow and a filthy cushion.

The property inside was clean, great warm welcome feel inside. Location was nice

No towels, stated breakfast when we got there we then got told there wasn’t when it should have been when I was ordering the hotel. One of the lamps didn’t work. Bed was a little hard and only one pillow.

Room Ok, You only need a bed for the night which was OK

Hotel looks awful from the outside and the inside not much better but in fairness it looks like some renovations are going on. Hosts were very helpful but you have to phone to be let in initially until you get a key.

nothing checked in the front door was locked it was like a building site cold & damp & very dirty got shown to my room & decided i couldnt spend a night in there went back down to reception & was told they had only taken over recently they said they would refund me & i am still waiting should not of been advertised & definitley not for £77
