Pool was great for families

Very unclean. No dovet on the bed just a sheet. Not ideal for winter time. The accomodation really need some TLC

Location, room, facilities

WIFI was included. But sometimes didn't go. Approached the staff to ask why. They advised it was the owner of the room's issue and not theirs. And they couldn't do anything about it. In our opinion if it's included then it should go. And should actually be Breakfrees problem to solve. The shower was over the bath. The sides were very high and made getting in and out of the shower precarious

The location was excellent! The kids absolutely loved the pools!

The fact that there was not allocated parking space and that some units are residents. So notes were constantly left on our windscreen because we were in the ‘wrong parking spot’. Absolutely not enough ‘yellow dot parking spaces’…..
