Check in was a breeze, the staff were excellent. Amenities were amazing.

I had to leave.

It’s great for kids & still close enough to restaurants, surf club, shops & beach.

Would be happy to stay here again for sure! It’s great for families. Saying that didn’t like the ensuite having the shower over a bath, but other than that great!

Fantastic location. Staff at hotel were so friendly and accommodating.

Not so much a dislike but when the outside doors were open it would blow all the indoor doors shut. A couple door stops would have made all the difference.

Our 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit had every comfort we needed and was scrupulously clean. The gardens and pools were beautifully maintained and a real treat to look upon.

There is obviously a renovation plan underway where bathrooms and kitchen will be on the list. The white goods in those areas were good, and just the cabinetry was tired.

The pool area was great! Spread out, heated pool option and spa. Pretty lights at night. Very relaxed vibe.

The room was very dated and didn't feel clean or fresh. Linen wasn't comforting. Kitchen items were dirty. The staff were a bit hit and miss. Some were lovely.

The Break Free units are situated in a very popular position close to many outlets, restaurants etc. Also travel to this area is simple & unhindered. Staff are friendly.

A very run down accomodation, would not recommend it to anyone. Intermittent rooms are being renovated so expect noise whatever room you are given. There is no room service, and you are expected to keep your own room cleaned. The microwave was not functioning g properly & bathroom door was unsealed & hanging on a roughly fitted barn door roller which was not made for this room. No lights in the laundry room. Just all over a very poor accomodation.
