The swim up pool to our room - we got an upgrade upon arrival which was really nice after a big travel to get there

I really didn't enjoy the fact that I didn't know when my deposit went back into my account. No communication and the transaction disappeared so I was never able to see unless I checked my account and remembered how much I had all of the time.

Great apartment, modern, well appointed. Amazing lagoon pool, plus heated mid sized pool with a spa attached. Good selection of eating & drinking options within walking distance.

Balcony chairs were metal no cushions supplied, would have been perfect otherwise. Can't access streaming services on Tv.

The pool was amazing, the kids had an amazing time. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants.

The rooms are a bit updated.

Loved the pool and proximity to the beach. The rooms had a great layout and felt modern, well equipped with appliances.

It would have been great to be supplied with basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, aluminium foil, glad wrap) as it feels wasteful to buy these things to use for a few days only. Maybe offer a basic kit for a fee?
