Great place for families

Great resort pool(s), close to a range of food options and beach. Good sized room

It's getting a bit tired, but great value

The pool is SO good for kids! Hours of fun. The room we got was lovely and comfy and clean. Location is amazing. Very happy!

The lift was a bit dodgy, so we used the steps a lot. I let reception know so hopefully gets fixed soon.

The facilities were great for our family of 5. We enjoyed the pool being open until 9pm every night, and how you could take your own pool toys with you.

Pool and view. Close to facilities.

Shower/bath tub too high. Fridge is too small for a week's stay. Microwave kept triggering off and couldn't use it.

Location was great. Pool was fantastic.

Toilet in room seemed to keep filling and was very noisy. Bed was very Uncomfortable. Was on ground floor room and security screen on door would have been good to leave doors open for night breezes would have bern good rather then relying on air conditioning.

Our fav resort on the sunny coast ! The kids have a ball in the pools and spa and slides. The room was nice and big and so close to the beach !

I wish they had a cafe or bar to get food and drinks from.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful with questions we asked, particulatly Callum & Hannah (I think this is correct name?). The room was clean and location was great and very central.

The size of the room was a bit small and not alot of bench space. Also we didn't think using the tv was user friendly. Some clear instructions would have helped. Callum in receptiin, was very helpful when we asked for assistance.

We love the location which is right across the road from the beach and in close proximity to the surf club and restaurants. We were lucky enough to have a swim up room. It was so nice to be able to walk out of our room and jump directly into the beautiful long pool. I love that there are 2 heated pools as well as spas at each end of the resort. The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful and the staff looking after the grounds do an amazing job as well. This has been a favourite resort of mine and my family’s for many many years and always manage to come back.

There’s not really anything to not like about this resort. I think if anything the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but the resort itself well and truly makes up for that and let’s face it you don’t spend much time in there.
