Rapport Qualité prix imbattable pour une chambre quadruple réservée pour 4 amies ! Le personnel était serviable, le All inclusive de très bonne qualité avec une mention spéciale pour le couscous :) Piscine très agréable avec les beds dans l'eau et très belle plage. Je recommande !

We had an exceptional 9-night stay at Tour Khalef Hotel Sousse, and honestly, every single day was just as enjoyable as the first. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. A special mention goes to Sahbi for his flawless service in the restaurant and his constant care throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism made every meal even more enjoyable. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Amor, who was constantly present to ensure that the restaurant service met the highest standards and exceeded our expectations. He was always kind, attentive, available, and genuinely listening to us to make sure everything was perfect. We also deeply appreciated Mr. Ridha, the bar manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Their availability, attention, and willingness to listen to us truly made a difference during our stay. A warm thank you as well to Nassim, the assistant bar manager, for his friendliness and excellent service throughout our stay. Mr. Amor and Mr. Ridha are outstanding professionals, always attentive to the smallest details and constantly making us feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. We would also like to thank Fethi, who welcomed us warmly upon arrival and carried our luggage to the room with a genuine smile and great kindness. Throughout the entire stay, we received many thoughtful gestures and exceptional care from the staff, which made us feel truly appreciated as guests. We are extremely pleased with our experience, and we have already booked our next stay. We are looking forward to coming back very soon!

Le personnel était aux petits soins, c’était vraiment très appréciable. Autant le personnel de ménage, le personnel au buffet où Haïfa qui s’occupait des serviettes de plage ! Le cadre est magnifique, l’hôtel est très bien entretenu, la chambre est très propre et la literie de qualité. Le buffet est varié et bien garni, c’était excellent.

Le plus gros défaut était le manque de crochet et d’étendoir pour accrocher les serviettes et surtout nos maillots de bain qui avaient du mal à sécher. Un détail qui se règle très facilement !

All the staff were really freindly and helpful, nothing seemed to much trouble for them. Great food options, plenty to choose from. Although they never seemed fully ready at opening times and never any dessert cutlery. Lounge areas, Rooms, Pool and beach facilities were kept very clean. In general the hotel is looking a bit tired with a lot of the out door furniture on the terrace worn and damaged. There seemed little comfortable seating in the evenings and the entertainment was not very good. We found ourselfs going out most evenings for a couple of hours.
