Notre expérience à l’hôtel Jaz Tour Khalef a été parfaite à tous points de vue : accueil, confort, propreté, installations, restauration variée et délicieuse, spa et massages au top, tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes. L’hôtel est irréprochable , accueil exceptionnel par une équipe attentive, souriante et très professionnelle. L'ensemble du personnel de la réception a contribué à notre entière satisfaction. Un grand merci et surtout une mention spéciale pour Leth chef de la réception et pour Wafa en charge des « guests relation » pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ainsi que pour Wissem,Mr Moez, Imed, Mounir, Fradj, Salah…toute l’équipe dans son ensemble…Leur accueil chaleureux nous donne vraiment envie de revenir très vite ! Nous recommandons fortement !

The hotel was lovely clean and very beautiful the staff were very nice and helpful from the moment I stepped in and out food was lovely not a bad thing to say will definitely be booking here again in the future.

Une première fois dans cette hôtel et ce qui est sûr ce que j'y reviendrai. Le personnel est une gentillesse exceptionnel, toujours au service pour les clients. Les plats proposés dans la restauration sont d'une succulence. Les serveurs Nidhal et Sabeur sont toujours très souriants et serviables. Je tiens aussi à remercier pour la propreté de la chambre et tout particulièrement Abrar qui s'est occupé de notre chambre (B624) tout le long du séjour, c'est une personnes toujours souriante et qui fait en sorte que nous manquions rien, la chambre est toujours était très propre.

Just returned from an absolutely fantastic holiday at Hotel Tour Khalef and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel welcome and valued. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and perfect for families, but what truly makes this hotel special are the people who work there. The animation team were outstanding and are the main reason we have already booked to return next year! Ronaldo was absolutely amazing from start to finish — he engaged with the entire family, including my grandparents, and genuinely went above and beyond for us. He even took us shopping to the Médina on his day off, which was incredibly kind and something we’ll never forget. He is an absolute credit to the hotel. A huge thank you as well to Yousef, Momo, Akamzi, and Light, who made every day and evening fun. They constantly interacted with guests, kept the atmosphere lively, and made the whole family feel included and welcome throughout our stay. The pool bar staff, Hazem and Karim, were fantastic and kept us refreshed in the warm weather with brilliant service and friendly smiles every day. In the lobby bar, Aysem always greeted us warmly and served us with a smile no matter how busy it was. Special mention also to Ben in the restaurant during lunch and evening meals. Ben always reserved our table for us and had our wine and soft drinks ready with each meal, which made us feel so looked after and added such a personal touch to the holiday. The lifeguards, Saif and Farooq, were also incredible. Not only did they save our sunbeds each morning, but they were especially helpful and caring towards my disabled grandparents throughout the stay. Their kindness meant so much to our family. This holiday created memories we will genuinely never forget. The atmosphere, staff, entertainment, and service were all exceptional. We would 100% recommend Hotel Tour Khalef to anyone considering a holiday in Tunisia. We are already counting down the days until we return next year!☀️

My family and I had the best week at the Tour Khalef hotel. The staff we very friendly, a special mention to Light and Aj from the entertainment team, and Ben from the restaurant, they really made our week.

My husband, daughter and I stayed for a week here and found it to be a great hotel. Good facilities in terms of swimming pools and gym. The grounds are lovely and the staff are exceptional. In particular: lifeguards Farouk and Seif; restaurant staff: Ben - who always had our drinks in the table each evening. The animators were very friendly, in particular AJ and Light. You also feel safe here because security is very good - Tawfik and Chedhi patrolled the grounds. The food has been really good too, with a great choice at lunch and dinner. We went to the snack bar at lunchtime as it is less hectic than the main restaurant. Rooms are good and all that you need.

We just love this hotel, my 2nd time to return and it is just beautiful. The staff make the experience so wonderful. Location is perfect, slightly out of Sousse but there are a few shops, bars and cafes on the street if you fancy a dander. Short taxi to Médina, port and a massive shopping centre. Personally we never left the hotel this time as it had everything we needed. The grounds are so pretty. Snack bar had our favourite person Sabi he just is such an asset to your hotel, he treats everyone so well. He remembered me straight away I was very impressed. Then you have Karim and Hazem at the main pool who always had big smiles and served us cool drinks in the sun, always having time for me and my husband, they are both lovely guys. Sabuer at the kids pool was so super friendly and kind to us all. Food so much variety you could not complain. We stayed at main buffet and were waited on every night by Sabuer an absolute lovely man kept us the same table and made us feel so special. Yousef who goes between restaurants is also a lovely man who always made us feel so welcome. Entertainment team all so lovely and friendly. To the gardener who brought me flowers daily you are amazing 💐 Drinks served with a smile so many options and waiters are so attentive. It’s impossible to name everyone but from the reception to the bar to the pool to the beach to the cleaners to the maids everyone is so nice. Tunisian people are just lovely kind people. Keep up the standards it’s a great hotel. Only think I didn’t like was the new element in the pool bar where they plate the meals, I like to pick my own food so I didn’t really think this was as good as our 1st visit when the pool bar had a buffet. Much better with less waste. Fair play for trying new ideas all the same.
