Comfort Suites Gulfport Central

The men staff were RUDE. Same night we checked in the male receptionist came to the room claiming of a noise complaint from kids, whole time my kids were sleep. Charged me an extra $40-$50 a NIGHT for having more than 2 kids (only had 4 kids in total). Charged me an authorization amount that did not go towards my total like the guy said they were on the phone. I’ve stayed there previously and never experienced any of these issues until this last stay, so I wouldn’t recommend that anyone stays there especially if you have kids.

The staff upon my arrival were just terrific. The GPS was giving me all type of wrong directions. I'm guessing because of a lot of road work going on there now. I was a nervous wreck by the time I finally found the motel. I had mouth surgery that morning and I was exhausted. I wish I could remember the young lady's name who helped me get checked in she was absolutely perfect customer service. The room was very clean, The refrigerator was the coldest and best I've ever seen in a room and the microwave was exceptionally clean. As we go there every year to spend time at the water park for my son's out of school summer vacation, it was the best by far of any room we've ever had during our travels and we've traveled all over the United States. KUDOS TO THE STAFF AND HOUSEKEEPING AT THE COMFORT SUITES IN GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI AT THIS ADDRESS. The GPS took us to one that I would not have rented for my animals to stay in. I'm glad we kept going until we finally found the one we had Booked our stay at. Thank you to all. Happy mom from Mobile Alabama

The ladies at the front desk were the sweetest and very helpful if I had problems or concerns they handled it professionally and broke things down for me to understand better

I didn't like the attitude of one of the cooks she made us feel like we were coming in as homeless people trying to get free food im sorry but when I stay at a hotel I go downstairs in my pj's bc I want to feel at home anywhere I stay as you should and not to be questioned about it and she would have known that we were guests if she didn't have her nose in her phone most of the time second was the night shift clerk our key didn't work cause we went outside to vape about 3 in the morning tried to get back in and couldn't we rang the door bell like 10 times and he never came out to let us back in it took us calling the hotel just for him to come to the desk and answer the phone I told him that it was us outside and he told us we should have used our key I told him I tried that he reset the key with attitude and the reason he didn't answer the door was bc he was asleep in the back shirt wrinkled up and eyes red and bc of all the we ended up leaving a whole day and a half early and wont be back oh and the hottub only half worked
