The hotel manager did not help in any way with my request to stay another day. She told me there was only one room left, so I paid the maximum fee so I wouldn't lose the room. I then went to Booking. com, where I paid for my week's stay. There were other rooms available at the price I initially paid for my current stay, but she wouldn't honor it because she said that, since I already paid, they couldn't honor their quote. I felt I was taken advantage of. I know nothing will come of this. That's why it took a while to respond to a review

The breakfast and the comfortable bed

I really enjoyed the breakfast. This was the only hotel I have stayed at that offered both healthy options and some indulgent choices. The selection was excellent, with plenty of variety for everyone. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

However, I was a bit disappointed that the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers in the bathroom were empty. Only the body wash was available. This was the first time I have encountered such an issue in a hotel. Additionally, the room floor was not completely clean, and there was a Haribo gummy bear left on the floor when I arrived.

The location maybe clean the outside up make it pretty and clean up the bathrooms the shower door was broken and dirty looking !

Breakfast was good! I liked that each day offered a different egg and meat. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Dining area was clean and we observed tables being wiped down as soon as guests left breakfast.

It would have been nice to have a variety of yogurt flavors beyond the strawberry that was offered. The refrigerator in the room defrosted and we cleaned up the water only to discover that there was an accumulation of dust and door tags behind and under the appliances (fridge and microwave).
