specious rooms. good for big number of families and large number of groups. very good location near by Seef Mall and also few minutes by car to city center. also good amount of cars parking free of charge.

no maintenance for the facilities such as bathrooms and kitchen. Generally the entire property needs a full renovation. also to consider odor machines to be installed in each floor to minimize cooking smells.
