Nothing is good .. all need maintenance!!!!

Light switch - broken A/C thermostat - broken Many lights in one room - broken Flush button in one toilet - broken Leakage in one toilet Sofa - broken Furniture - broken Fridge handle - broken Dinning chair - broken No sofa bed as descriped..!! The apartment is very very very old and not in a good condition to stay in.
