The value for the money

Bathrooms need more attention from the staff. The TV not linked with any channels . I miss the match. Lobby not having TV.

The only plus point was the location of the hotel, with close proximity to malls and restaurants.

Unfortunately, the stay at Elite Tower was a great diassapointment. After being a regular customer of Elite Tower since 2015, I have finally decided to part ways. There is a major impact on all aspects of the hotel facilities due to a lack of management focus. Elite Tower has lost its glory, to start with the rooms were dirty, dust around the floor and furniture, bathroom was not cleaned properly, lots of basic items that were available before were not there I.e. laundry clothes hamper in toilet, water cooler and drinking bottle renting facility, television screen in the master and secondary bedroom, dry iron to press clothes, kitchen utensils (pots, spoons, forks, knives, plates, cups, etc), clothes drying stand, chair and table in the master bedroom near window. Moreover, other problems associated were that washing machine knob was broken making it nearly impossible to open it for use, water leaking continuously from the bathroom roof and making the bathroom and room carpet wet which caused a pungent smell across the room, toilet flush system not working properly, the ac system was a disaster, it took multiple complaints to have it resolved yet there was water leaking issue, coming to the 15th Floor where the Gym and Pool was located. The pool was in a terrible condition, Zero pool maintenance, the water chemicals are not balanced. The pool tiles are wearing off and falling to the floor of the pool which is causing cuts and bruises to the person swimming. No lights are managed in the pool area, only upon request they open the lights. There used to be swimming towels which are not there anymore, you have to bring your own towel from the room. The Gym is in a poor shape, treadmill machines are not working, chest exercise machine is not working, cardio steps machine is not working. There is no one to care for the recreational facilities on the 15th floor.
