Not enough loungeroom chairs. Not enough common indoor spaces to enjoy on weekend evenings. (Maybe the Loungeroom/fire place for Conferences could be used by guests on weekends? Maybe heaters on main house for extra evening seating? Pillows in lounges were shabby and a disgrace. Stains on some chairs and our bedroom lounge had terrible fluid stains, that we didn’t want to sit on it at all. Can’t serve at one end of courts as tree over hangs the court. Serviettes were cheap and nasty. Music was unrelaxing in lounge and dining areas eg rap music and modern jarring young people’s music. When I asked if something more fitting and in synch with Craigieburn’s home, I was told Accor uses the same play-list for ALL Accor venues. That is SO inappropriate and unrelaxing as your venues are so different. Please spend the few dollars to use different more relaxing or sophisticated music in your more sophisticated venues. Dirty crockery and glasses were always lying on tables in the loungeroom, not clean nor inviting.

We were warmly welcomed (and farewelled!).The location is excellent and the facilities were good if , Craigieburn is a little dated, but has real historic charm.

We dined in the restaurant both evenings, and whilst the food and service was of a high quality, we thought it somewhat overpriced. Also, we would have appreciated being able to get a "hot" cappuccino at breakfast which could not be promised.

While there were some issues with the breakfast service, the dinner experience was outstanding. High-quality food and a great dining experience overall. The staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Their outstanding service was a real highlight and made the experience particularly enjoyable. The room was small but comfortable, clean, and well maintained. One of its best features was the lovely view overlooking the beautiful surrounding fields, which made for a very pleasant and relaxing outlook.

The breakfast was terrible. We got there around 9.15 am the food was old, dry and unpleasant. The pre-cooked bacon was overly crispy and dry, the hash browns were tough and leathery, and the pre-prepared poached eggs were hard and dry with no soft yolk whatsoever. Every poached egg available was overcooked and almost rock-hard, suggesting they had been prepared far too far in advance. I usually love my beans at breakfast. But this beans mixture was mostly sauce, with barely any beans to be found. It lacked the substance and texture you would normally expect from a ban-based dish. It was disappointing that the restaurant continued to offer food that had clearly been sitting out for some time. Staff should have recognized that a small handful of new guests were still arriving and either refreshed the buffet with newly prepared items, such as fresh poached eggs and bacon, or offered made-to-order options. This would have demonstrated a commitment to food quality and the guest experience. Preparing a small number of items to order, rather than maintaining aging buffet food, would have ensured better quality and freshness, reduced food wastage, and significantly improved guest satisfaction. Regarding our room, there were a couple of issues that affected comfort and convenience. The bathroom mirror was positioned too high, making it difficult for me to see my face without standing on my toes. In addition, the bathroom lighting was insufficient, particularly when applying makeup. Better lighting around the mirror and a more accessible mirror height would greatly improve the guest experience.

Bathroom was extremely small for the price paid for the room. Air conditioning was not working.

Breakfast poor.

Uninteresting. Tinned fruit Didn’t restock readily when ran out. Coffee weak. Pastries a bit stale. Bread boring.
