Housekeeping missed changing towels and emptying trash in my son’s room. He had children in diapers so his room really needed to be tended to.

USI liked the location of the property.
There were 5 people traveling with me so we planned on using the sofa bed. Once we let it out we discovered lots of food and trash underneath the sofa. We saw 2 roaches within 4/5 hours of being in the room and asked if we could move to another room. I was told there were no rooms available to fit 6 people so we decided to leave within the first 4/5 hours. I booked this hotel for 2 nights and we didn’t even get to sleep there one night. My kids trip was ruined.
After BW Lake Dallas lost our reservation, that was made on their website 2 weeks earlier, we had to scramble and find a hotel for our granddaughter’s graduation. What a great find! BPW was a wonderful experience and will return there for the next graduation!! Great service, room and breakfast.
