I did t like the fact that they gave a male person who was not a guest a key to my room and he came in the room while me and my daughters were in our bday suite . They have yet to fix this situation.

My roommate was shirtless and fat
Upon arrival, the room was unclean. It had not been vacuumed and there was a floss pick thing in the bathroom on the floor. The box springs was filthy - crumbs and stains. We called to the front desk and they reported there was no other rooms available and that they would come clean. We will probably not stay here again.
Our room (wheelchair capable) was excellent!! Best room Iโve seen in years, it had a ceiling fan, and a timed heater in the roll-in bathroom. Beds were low enough to get into easily. Breakfast food was good and real plates and silverware. Awesome job taking care of guests.
USOur stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was clean, the room was very spacious, pool was enjoyed by all, bed was great....I would 100% stay here again!
