Hotel Aura

Room is not bad, location is little crowded as it is located in Paharganj area near station. manager was good at reception. he was active all time. also the room service boys were very cooperative. He took all the luggage and took it to room.

Location is near NDLS and also metro station. I Liked the room and bathroom, it was clean and hygein. Bed was comfortable. bedsheet was clean. The manager is very kind and polite. food is also good, coffee was also good.

Hotel looks very good from outside and location is very good. Nice staff. Room look is normal but clean. Bathroom is good.hot water was there but very low force .food is good too for good price.I can recommend it for budget stay.

We arrived around midnight and slept until reception guy gave the wake up call. They had picked me on time and it was very convenient. We had breakfast in morning and it was tasty ,also it was included in my room rent so, as complimentary it was very good. Also they served it in my room to add it to my convenience.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a travel agency at the hotel. Breakfast was good. The bed was very hard. Our room had NO window and the aircon was VERY noisy.

Stayed there for 3days. Pros - 1. Location is very good. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Clean rooms and washrooms. Cons - 1. Room Service is very poor, takes a lot of time. 2. Electrical points in the room are less and loose. Mobile chargers doesn't fix properly. 3. Hotel has a travel agent for Delhi Sightseeing which charges a lot compared to other agents. Better to book from different agents which are present nearby. . If you want to have lunch, dinner & snacks there are some good joints nearby where you can try. Other wise Connaught Place is near from Pahargunj. One can go over there too for a good brunch.

The hotel is in the heart of Old Delhi, with several local eateries, corner shops, etc. so conveniently located. The staff were good, and the rooms near silent which is impressive given how busy the area is. Room itself was fine, beds a little hard but otherwise good. We did have the hotel arrange to pick us up which worked out very smoothly. Overall, good value for money

We had made the booking last month, the manager is very attentive. he followed us up for the pick up and picked us up on time. it was very convenient and like this service. Also they had planned our tour to Delhi and Agra. Tour was also very good. If I talk about hotel, it is small hotel in the busy street. Outside look is normal but room gives a good feel of comfort and luxury. Staffs were very polite, Everything was up to mark.

worth of Money.. value for money stay. we stayed overnight, our group stayed in the same hotel, we were in triple sharing, manager mr.Azeem is very cooperative. we had a comfortable stay in hotel Aura.
