"Cheap - but not worth the money/time"

Awful service and advertised facilities are false - just not worth it! Just unapologetic cheats unfortunately. - The Hotel said they would pick me, but didn’t. Then said they didn’t have a reservation for me, made me wait 1hr and a half and numerous calls to try to sort out before I had to get a taxi from airport myself which they would not refund. Stated didn't give out free airport shuttle despite showing it on the website. Then changed tack when I showed them the site, and said they would only do it one way! Be aware! (since noticed previous review stated similar issues) - No daily housekeeping for my "Premium Room" - done once in 4nights consisting of man standing on a towel and walking around (and this only happened because I complained 3 times that it hadn't been done). - Their is no Sauna, Fitness Centre, Steam Room, Lazy River as at (time of writing) they claim they have. - No Fan, Hairdryer or Ironing Board in room as advertised - Window ill-fitted so constantly open, meaning water flooding carpet, leading to room smelling of damp. Also could hear everything, happening outside, during the night. - Wi-fi is awful to non-existent, have to call up regularly to get a new code which rarely works and when it does, takes 5 minutes to load one page! Not ideal if want to research locations/places to eat etc. - Breakfast food and location was ok

its location..very near to the railway station, also close to the metro station. Manager is nice and helpful, other staffs were very good too.

hotel is good to stay near to delhi railway station. Hotel tariff is also pocket friendly.
