beautiful room and bathroom. Good luxury type feeling while stay

its location is good. also the staffs were very nice. polite and kind to us.

Location is crowded, plus point is that it is near railway station. staffs were very good and friendly. They were quick and kind. Food items were reasonably prices and good in taste.

The room was very dirty and the sheets were not clean - they had not been changed from the last guests! There was one dirty towel and no toilet paper. We called housekeeping to change the sheets and when they came to do so we found evidence of bed bugs on the mattress and the walls. We left the room immediately. The hotel staff were not surprised when we told them we were leaving because of bed bugs. They said the owner would refund us but after we left they decided not to issue a refund. The place is way overpriced for the condition of it. Do not stay here, the place is disgusting. Hotels.com did not refund us either.

Located in crowded area. One thing is good that you can find people of your country , The hotel was good, the staffs too.can be recommended by me.

Staff more interested in up-selling than welcoming. General standard was lower than expected. Breakfast truly terrible.

Hotel was was good in condition . Location is also good. We expected more spacious room. standard room was small. Although it was clean and bed was also comfortable but there was no window.
