Location was good. Beds were comfy. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good

I put in that there would be 5 total people. Three adults and two children, however when we checked in, we got a room with two beds and we had to make a pallet on tge floor for the youngest child to sleep on.

Front desk ladies were pleasant and friendly.

False advertisement. I booked 2 deluxe queen rooms and according to the pictures there was a pull out couch and 2 queen beds. That was not true. Ask front desk ladies and they apologized and said that room does not exist at that hotel and it was inaccurate advertising. We also had a used bar of soap left in the bathroom.

They let us have our animals without any pet fee! The room was nice and cold.

Breakfast was great

We had 2 rooms. 406 was fine, the other one (402?) Had a do not disturb sign on the door, there was a pair of mens underwear on the floor in the corner, greasy fingerprints on the inside of the door and on the bathroom wall. Don't think the sheets had been changed. The girl on the front desk did a fantastic job helping us. She changed the bed, cleaned the fingerprints and got rid of the underwear. She was fantastic.
