The place is very beautiful. I think it needs some repairs, but overall it’s very nice

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly and was very noisy. The room was never cleaned, and the sink was leaking water

"Nice hotel but not a relaxing 5* stay"

Nice hotel with interesting decor, comfortable room, large outdoor area with multiple pools. Very family orientated so not as relaxing as hoped (lots of loud kids, even around the smaller pools), they should make one of the pools adult only - if staying as a couple would recommend the Lopesan Costa Melonoras over the road. Breakfast was okay but didn’t have the “extras” expected at a 5*. Be aware late checkout is available (at a cost) but only if the room hasn’t been booked afterwards. Instead they offer another room to shower but only in 30 min slots per room which we felt wasn’t enough time for 2 people.
