Ganga Kinare was beautiful. The private Aarti in the morning and evening was lovely and so peaceful. It was so nice that we could go for a walk along the promenade next to the river Ganga whenever we wanted. The kitchen staff really helped with food and went out of their way to make me food when I couldn't have anything from the menu as I have coeliac disease.

We felt the price of the room was very steep compared to when we came last time and was not worth that much, especially as we had stayed in better hotels in other parts of India for cheaper. As this is a holy place where lots of people come, I would think about changing prices. Also the sink was not working and leaking which made it worse especially when we had paid a lot.

The staff try to please, and the location is amazing.

The hotel has a lot of potential but needs to work on basic cleanliness and hygiene, and noise levels. Despite sharing my feedback, the staff continued to make noise outside of our room throughout the night, making our stay unpleasant.

The staff try to be helpful. We had an amazing waiter Vikas who really made our stay comfortable. The location is amazing- literally on the shores of the Ganges.

The cleanliness and noise levels. Basic hygiene needs to be improved.
