GANGA KINARE- A Riverside Boutique Resort, Rishikesh

Location was good, view was excellent. The private ghat and easy access to Marine Drive were nice. Yoga experience was excellent! Over all stay was okay

I chose this property for a memorable stay with my sisters, but it was largely disappointing. Breakfast was average, service was slow, and the complimentary bikes were broken. The property felt even more congested due to ongoing construction, paint smell, and the hot tub was dirty and unusable. Checkout was embarrassing, with staff entering the room to check our belongings.

Excellent facilities .. will always chose to stay at this resort whenever we visit Rishikesh.

There is function hall next to the property and continuous loud music was being played there causing disturbance.

A week before my booking i was asked make payment, when at the time of booking credit card details were provided. So i saw no sense in asking a customer to prepay for a booking. Nevertheless the less a few days later i uploaded my credit card details and status changed booking confd against credit card provided. When i reached hotel they asked for my credit card i asked why they said for payment i showed them screen shot saying booking confd against credit card. They said no we will need yr card i said im just coming from Hardiwar Amrit Bhavan i faced no such issues i was handed over bills of room service which i paid rest was debited from my card for rooms etc same should hv happened in this instance. The property is over priced and the reception area was being done up all acs switched off i watched another customer complain for noise and the strong smell of paint. Well this be def be my last visit here for sure. I value money and this hotel just dosnt deliver. This is my personal experiemce. Overpriced & overrated in my view.

Superb experience with Lotus Suite. They have private access to River Ganga which makes the experience very blissful. Food in the restaurant is also very good. Staff is very friendly.

It’s a popular property so we booked it , for doing a puja , which was conducted very well , but since the property was under renovation..the upkeep was not good .

It was not clean enough as there was lot of work going on .
