First and foremost the Manager Jay and Heather are excellent in working with customers needs. Have booked rooms here on multiple times and they have been wonderful every time. The rooms are cozy and relaxing. It’s within walking distance to the hospital. Centrally located to plenty amenity’s.

"Did not meet expectations."

Upon check-in, it took the receptionist a moment to recognize I was waiting at the welcome desk. I was given a room next to the laundry room which was loud. Walking to my room down the hall I could smell cannabis coming from somewhere. During my morning my door was knocked on at 8am for unknown reasons by staff. The fire alarm went off around 10am. Despite decent cleanliness, the hotel looked more worn than I would expect.
