"Hårde senge, servicefjern personale og kold morgenmad"

Den sidste danske medarbejder jeg talte med var flink. Men alle andre engelsk talende medarbejdere i både restaurant og desk var uhøflig og havde på ingen måde servicegen.

Sengene var utroligt hårde. Man skal selv betale for parkering ? Alt det varme på morgenmaden var koldt. Ingen tandpasta, vatpinde eller andre toiletprodukter. Det er første gang jeg oplever dette på et hotel. Prisen var ikke sammenhængene med kvalitet af værelse.

Mi è piaciuta la camera con la vista perfettamente sulla royal arena dove dovevamo andare! C’era anche una panoramica bellissima sulla città. Lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione era buonissima.

non era chiaro il funzionamento dell’ascensore con l’uso della carta della camera

Although the hotel is located a little away from the city center, it was very well connected by public transportation, so we didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. The hotel was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Struttura

Insufficienza nella risposta alle richieste o ai problemi riscontrati. Tv non funzionava mi è stato proposto un cambio in una camera dove per vedere la te avrei dovuto utilizzare il mio account, panno per pulire lasciato sul lavandino, spazzolone per water trovato solo al terzo giorno di soggiorno
