El personal muy amable, y muy buena comunicación con trenes de cercanías, metro y autobuses.

Eramos 3 en la misma habitación. La cama doble normal era muy cómoda pero la individual accesoria no lo era.

Location, close to public transport

The room was not fully clean, was missing lots of things needed to ask for each thing seperatly including trash bags, in the claim it is green hotel. The sheet had holes in it, the shower is built dumb, in such way all water comes out, space between the glass wall to block the water and the wall and small wall. The breakfast says american, but was basic plus dry pancakes that is not american, was closer to minimal british one. The ventelation system barely works, and no option to open windows so had a hard time sleeping.

Очень уютная гостиница, расположена близко к метро, 10 минут и в центре. Хорошие завтраки. Большие комнаты и удобные. Замечательный шкаф, большой и удобный. Приветливый персонал. В здании гостинницы расположен прекрасный сад, просто оазис, там столики и можно посидеть среды замечательных цветов и деревьев. Это просто шик. Там же ресторан с очень вкусными блюдами.

Мы останавливались в два захода. До круиза и после. До круиза на 15 этаже была замечательная горничная. Было очень чисто. После круиза на -8 этаже уборка была заметно хуже
