"Exceptional"

Staff at the desk was phenomenal! Property is well maintained and you can tell they are making updates inside and out. The beds are really comfortable. Again the man at the front desk was polite, helpful and very genuine. It was refreshing to see someone that knows what hospitality looks like.

Front desk woman was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean, had a small refrigerator in it. Bed was comfortable and I LOVED the pillows; I wish I could purchase one! There was a Hardee’s next door and a McDonalds and Cracker Barrel across the street. Hotel breakfast area was clean with just the standard continental items.

Convenient off the interstate. Fast food restaurants and gas station near by. Great selection for breakfast. I wish there was a city street light closer to the entrance.

Room was good, beds were comfortable. Lobby smelled like people smoke in it and they try to cover it up with air freshener but thankfully our room didn’t smell like that. Breakfast was good as well.

Our room was not even cleaned when we got there. So gave us a ”upgrade”. Bathroom shower was terrible. Shower head was discussing and dirty. The bottom of the tub had a white film on it. Some kind of stains on back of the door. Not gonna recommend this place to anyone we like that’s for sure.

My husband and I stayed for one night. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was a good size. We got a room with the hot tub in it. There was no hot water. I am not sure why there was no hot water. The sinks, the tub, the shower, nothing had hot water.
