"眺めと立地が最高のホテルです"

海沿いの好立地にあり、海側の部屋から眺める宮島は最高です。ホテル内のロビーなどもとてもゴージャスな感じで素敵です。 ただ古いホテルなのか…バストイレが狭く使いづらいことと、アメニィティがあまり充実してない感じはありました。時期的に外国人や修学旅行生が多かった様で、レストランではStaffが少ないため料理のタイミングが遅れていたと感じました。 でも、この立地の価値は見逃せません。

The hotel was nice, however it was a little disappointing that I feel like the photos didn’t exactly tell the entire story of the building. And the actual website of the hotel was much more detailed in realistic than the hotels.com breakdown. It would have been nice to know in advance that the pool wasn’t actually open, none of the restaurants inside the hotel were open, and the onsen wasn’t tattoo friendly. Because the hotels.com details we booked the hotel based on the amenities we saw and the information provided. Which didn’t actually end up being true to when we got there. But the staff was great, the hotel is a beautiful Japanese style with modern comforts, and it’s in a great location to train station and local/city sites. Would recommend anyone to stay here however to check the hotels own website for further details not just the hotels.com listings.

ベランダから厳島神社の鳥居が見えて、素晴らしい景色でした。部屋も綺麗で広々していました。階段や段差か多いので、スロープやEVでの移動がしやすいともっと快適です。

食事と接客は良かったです。ただ、建物が古く、お湯の温度調整が出来ない、エアコンも3段階の調整で温度調整ができませんでした。TVも小さいです。
