フロントチェックインして部屋まだ来てスタッフが説明して欲しいです。 布団敷くタイミングも食事中にして欲しかったです。 あと夜の食事会席のメインであるローストビーフはおいしくなかったです。 食事する場所までの階段の上り降りがきつく、 年配の方は辛いと思います。
