Hampton Inn and Suites Woodstock, Virginia

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Hampton Inn & Suites Woodstock during my brother’s wedding weekend. The room block was seamless and incredibly well organized, and so many of our guests commented on how comfortable and enjoyable their stay was. Everyone truly had a great experience at the hotel, which made hosting out-of-town guests so much easier for us. A special thank you to Holly, the room block manager, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She went above and beyond to support us, especially with coordinating logistics for our large group. There were multiple moving parts, including coordination with our wedding planner and an outside shuttle company, and the Hampton Inn staff handled everything with patience, professionalism, and ease! We also truly appreciated the additional transportation support provided for our group as part of this coordination. It was especially helpful during a very rainy weekend, and the staff remained flexible and supportive throughout, making sure everything continued to run smoothly despite the weather! The hotel team as a whole went above and beyond to make sure our guests were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the weekend. From check-in support to overall coordination, everything was handled smoothly even with the complexity of a full wedding weekend! We are especially grateful to Holly and the entire Hampton Inn team for helping make our wedding weekend such a positive and stress-free experience for our family and guests. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone hosting a group or event in the area!!
