"A gem!"

A true gem in a busy city! Quiet, restful, magical. Pool was great, food was exceptional. Staff were helpful. Amazing place.

"Really great property and staff!"

The kitchen was fabulous! Great food and service. And the head Concierge and his team were very good. Terrific GM as well. All were very friendly and responsive. The hotel is an oasis and the pool a welcomed refresher after a long day.

Kitchen should stay open for dinner.

Cozy hotel with a very private mood. Just what you need to relax in the middle of Old City.

No restaurant service after 6pm. Hot tub/ sauna were not working.

Great location. Beautiful building. Special thanks to Daniel and other staff. All staff was amazing.

Initially trouble obtaining hot water but staff was very kind and quickly fixed the problem. Price we paid was higher than posted rate at time of check in. We booked through booking.com months earlier. We will book directly with the hotel in future. Would definitely return to hotel.

"Lovely time in Cartagena"

Breakfast in the cafe was the best breakfast on our trip in Columbia

More chilled water would have been nice. The water pressure was not terrific
