The hotel is full of character and beautifully maintained. Staff are top notch. I will definitely come back!

I loved the how safe this property was. It is locked all day and only unlocked by staff. I also enjoyed my room with vanity and the bathroom was absolutely stunning. The hotel is in the heart of the walled city and easy to walk around everywhere. I also loved the food at their restaurant Epoch and how the food credit policy goes. Instead of only being allowed credit for breakfast you may choose when you would like to use the credit. There were fruit vendors outside I could go get freshly cut mango, pineapple and papaya from and having a coffee overlooking their pool is a memory of relaxation and bliss I will never forget.

Amazing property, everywhere you look there’s a piece of history or just beauty. The rooftop is amazing and the workers make you feel special. We were sad to leave and it was an awesome addition to our trip to Cartagena

For the price we paid, there were no welcome drink, breakfast is capped at 60k pesos per person which was not enough and we had to pay extra, and additional extra charges at the check-out which weren’t included in the booking price. Poor overall experience

Location right in the middle of the old city, fantastic cafe and lovely and helpful staff who very kindly facilitated an early check-in

The Cafe Epoca, which is the place for hotel breakfast, was a bit understaffed.
