"Suitable only for cheap basic stays - Poor amenities, Unsafe location, Good breakfast, Good staff"

1) front desk staff 2) breakfast (as we want) Generally good staff, decent breakfast

1) Location - Unsafe surroundings 2) Photos (good) online not same as reality (bad) 3) Poor Wifi 4) Poor hot water 5) Poor lighting 6) Poor decor, cleanliness, bathroom/toilet 7) No vibe of good place 8) Noisy guests 9) Poor TV (4 channels, mostly local, USELESS) 10) No remote controls in room, no batteries in remotes.. 11) No in-room safe (for storing things safely) Overall, I'd NOT RECOMMEND anyone staying here and expecting decent 2 star amenities and services. Maybe good only for people wanting cheap rates and 2-3-4 bed crammed rooms for cheap prices.

Staff are welcome and service is excellent

I don't like the way prices are . I suggest if isingle rpom can be 2500 ksh or worst 3000 ksh and a single room for someone who is a prominent customer must be given fairly

"A little overpriced and breakfast was expensive at $10 dollars."

The room and bed were very comfortable and the staff tried to please. Think they need more clientele.

The place had seen better days...A blt dark and drab inside. The night time tours they were offering still had Mad house and New Florida nightclubs as part of the itinerary which now don't exist:(
