Kenya Comfort Hotel

Noisy and the lift was not feeling safe. The staff were great though and the location central.

Top notch place for the price. There is a working elevator, warm water all the time, friendly receptionists, location is outstanding in Nairobi, what more could we want. We had an early morning shuttle bus to Arusha and the hotel is located literally 20 seconds from the stop. Many great restaurants in the neighborhood including the pizza place right next to it.

This place is very afordable, compare to other, and very comtable, some of the room have incredible sunrise i was shock

Some staff try to scam me,

The staff was very helpful, including the security guard. They helped me solve the door lock problem by immediately changing the room to a better one. The reception staff was helpful in booking my trip further on.

The location. Check-in was quick. Friendly staff. Proper Hot water in shower. Just right for a day or two stay

Hotel manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is value for what you paid. Unfortunately tne police in town terrorize tourists.
