Four Points by Sheraton Saskatoon

It was clean.

-the hot-tub jets weren’t working -the bed was an old spring bed, felt like I was going launch into orbit when I rolled over, or roll right out of bed

Not much. The staff were friendly.

The bed was horrible, it was so old it sank when I sat on it, it was uncomfortable and did not provide a restful sleep. The pillows were so flat I had to stack all four to have any support at all. The heat was cranked when I got there and the room was 82F. Why? The bathroom floor looked like a child put it together, there was grout everywhere, didn't look professional, there was glitter all.over one side of the bathroom door frame. The carpet was threadbare, and the furnishings were aged.

Mattresses and pillows weren't comfortable. Carpet was worn. Bathroom floor tile had been replaced with a mix of white tile, some unglazed some thinner than what was on the floor already. It left a trip hazzard.

Location and beds were comfortable

No breakfast. No coffee or tea in lobby.
