Four Points by Sheraton Saskatoon

The location

The hotel needs upgrades. A smart tv would be nice. The bathroom needs fixing (I thought I was going to fall thru the shower floor). The hot water took forever to heat up and didn’t last very long.

Location was ideal. Beds were comfy

Not enough parking, bathroom wasn’t very clean

The location to the venue I was attending and stores around it

While I did see security inside, it was a bit unsettling at times outside at night with having my daughter with me Also no breakfast in the morning

Location was convenient

Room was quite expensive for what it offered.

Easy to access, good parking, clean, friendly staff, restaurant on site.

I didn’t like that, although there is additional parking behind the hotel, you cannot enter into the hotel from either of the doors at the back. They are emergency exit only.

I like the bed room very nice comfy super clean

no toothpaste was forgoten and the food voucher was forgot and the food is alittle bit not really good maybe add some fried rice nxt time

Passing through on a regular trip. First time at this property. Went with a brand I thought I could trust but I am left wondering if Marriott has audited this property in a while. I was disappointed in the room upkeep and cleanliness. The grout in the bathroom was so dirty, it was black (originally white), carpet had debris, desk wasn’t cleaned, chair in room had half the faux leather off and rest was coming off (it needs a dumpster), something hanging off the curtain, scuffs on the wall. Public hallways had lots of scuffs and dirt that wasn’t just from a busy weekend. I stated this in the survey they sent and received an impersonal, seemingly pre-formatted reply saying they’d inform team leaders and hope i’ll come back. I love giving folks a second chance and wouldn’t post a negative review had the response even addressed my specific concerns. In this case, I will sadly have to give them a hard pass. I think a basic standard or expectation should be to feel clean in the room. Didn’t use any other facilities. There was no breakfast (maybe they don’t on weekends???) not sure Great location if passing through with lots of services close by. Staff at front desk was professional and friendly.
