L'établissement est présenté sur votre site come un hôtel mais c'est une location d'appartement. Réception ouverte sur des créneaux étroits, obligation de faire le ménage, pas de petit déjeuner, on ne s'attendait pas à cela. Par ailleurs Le Spa se limitait à 1 petite piscine,1 seul sauna et un hammam en panne. Situation:vue imprenable sur une route à grande circulation et un centre commercial comme partout.

Propreté qui laisse à désirer (draps, serviettes, couvre-lits, rideaux...) Odeur d'égout dans l'une des chambres Bruit le matin dès 8h par le personnel d'entretien... Viennoiseries à eviter Personnel de l'accueil très sympa Bel espace "détente" (piscine, sauna, hammam), l'endroit est chouette mais porte mal son nom, on ne peut pas s'y détendre avec les nombreux enfants qui chahutent Plutôt pour les familles que pour les couples

Très joli appartement type savoyard, propre, bon état Sauna, Hamas, piscine clean et agréable Environnement moyen à la sortie de la ville mais a 10minutes à pied de la gare et du centre Seul bémol un peu problématique quand on ne viens que pour 2 nuits : Appartement totalement vide, ni sel, ni poivre, 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette.... tout acheté pour 2 jour ne vaut pas le coup du coup

Los apartamentos están bien con mobiliario básico, en un entorno precioso orientados hacia la montaña y con un río y pequeño bosque cerca, también tiene una piscina cubierta. Si tienes suerte y en tu estancia no hay problemas puede ser perfecto, pero como tengas algún problema como nosotros será horrible o cuanto menos un fastidio nada agradable. En la última noche en el apartamento de al lado hicieron una fiesta 15 vándalos, borrachos, drogados y dando voces y golpeando mobiliario en la terraza, apartamento y pasillos, con la consecuencia de no poder dormir cuando tenemos un viaje de más de 8 horas de coche al día siguiente; intentamos contactar con la gente que regenta los apartamentos y nada, llamamos al 112 de emergencias 3 veces y a la policía 2 veces y ni caso por ser turistas. Al día siguiente nos quejamos en recepción y supuestamente nos devuelven el importe proporcional a una noche, pero han pasado 5 días y no ha llegado el dinero, les llamas y que sigamos esperando a ver si llega, muy poco serio y responsable la verdad.

I have not many good things to say about this "hotel". We, 2 adults, booked a cabin for 6 people. After arriving at the cabin it became clear that the photo's on the different websites (including the website of the hotel itself) do not match with the actual room you will get. We returned to the reception to check if we indeed got the room we booked. It turned out that the photo you see on the website if you book a room for 6 people actually is a 8 person cabin. I find this very misleading. The living room is much smaller than they show in the picture, the "master bedroom" is nothing more than a bed with very little space to walk around and the children's bedroom was not much bigger than 2mx2m. After complaining at the receptionist about this, she promised me the manager would call me the day after. Of course, no one ever called me. There was almost no toilet paper. When we wanted to go ask for some paper, the reception was already closed (at 20.00) and would not open the next day (apparently they are closed on Wednesday). I think it is ridiculous that in a hotel you have to take care of your own toilet paper. The evening before our departure we found a leaflet on our door explaining the departure procedure. This procedure included a number of fines which would be applicable if you would not do this and that. No information was given to us about this when we arrived. On the morning we were leaving, the reception AGAIN was closed. No information on how to hand in the key.

appartement très agréable, non bruyant, sauna, hamman et piscine sont très agreable. docsmmage qu'en cette période le g7 nous ait empéché d'aller en italie et de marcher au col du petit st bernard, que les telecabines des arcs ne fonctionnent qu'en juillet et aout.

Idéal comme camp de base pour partir sur les stations et villages environnants. La présence d'un immense parc est agréable pour les ballades post dîner et les footings matinaux. La résidence est récente et bien entretenue dans le style montagnard.

Stayed at CGH before and consistently good - the only issue is always the lack of storage space for clothing - especially a skiing holiday when there is lots of clobber!
