If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Parking rates for the summer season 2025: EUR 32/car/weekGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Great self catering stay"

Great self catering place to base yourselves to explore les Arcs and the surrounding area of Eastern France. Lyon, Grenoble and Annecy arr all with driving distance.

Good for Mtb trips. There are bike Lockers down in the basement but need your own chain. Would be Handy to have some sort of individual appt key or locker for this.

Prestations non assurées pour ce qui concerne l'accés au Spa et au hammam. Plusieurs fois il était censé etre ouvert, mais l'accés était fermé lors de mon arrivé.

La résidence est bien mais se situe dans une zone commerciale et la vue sur le Mac donald gâche totalement le séjour, le spa est fermé le dimanche ce qui est dommage quand on part un we! Accueil très chaleureux et belles prestations mais nous sommes très decus...

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute zentrale Lage. Es hat alles gepaßt, und die Erwartungen an den Aufenthalt haben sich erfüllt. Würde da wieder Urlaub machen.

Bad location for skiing. Have to drive to the fenicular and then take fenicular for 10 min and walk to the nearest ski lifft, waisting at least 40 minutes each way. Much better to stay up in the mountain. Hotel room was worn out and beds were too soft. TV channels did not work.

Fir a ski trip when the snow conditions aren't great this is the best location in the area allowing you to travel to the resort with the best snow
