"Fabulous hotel overlooking Lake Maggiore."

A comfortable hotel with a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore. We stayed an extra 2 nights because we were so comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel is opposite the Ferry/Boat ticket office. Great location.

I can't think of anything to report.

"Overpriced unaccomodating hotel that inaccurately advertises having a pool"

Great location on the lakefront in a historic building

Being treated like a bottomless wallet. I paid for a room that has a three person capacity and was travelling alone with my 5 month baby. The website says it offers baby beds but upon arrival wanted to charge me another 15 euros. Also, hotel advertises a pool but pool is actually off-site

Emplacement idéal, dans le centre-ville en face de la mer Chambre au dernier étage (1 étage à monter sans ascenseur) avec une énorme terrasse offrant une vue panoramique sur le lac majeur Bon petit déjeuner
