When didn’t have water in room to wash hands flush toilet or shower for most part of day did not get even an offer of a complimentary drink at bar When told staff about a potential water leak or plumbing issue felt brushed off Evening meals need improvement costly in price but don’t deliver on variety or quality

We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay here! It is magical. The staff were a delight. We particularly loved the village tour. This is a magical property. You and the other guests are the only people on the island. No kids!

Maybe just some updating in units (which is scheduled to happen this January) like linens and towels

Gorgeous musicians at dinner every night. Fabulous local dancers. Beautiful spa. Friendly bartender.. fascinating local village.

Lack of oversight or communication. Schedule never clear or reliable. Lack of commitment to personalised service by most staff. Would have preferred local management.

Snorkeling with sharks, kayaking, blue water, white sand

Food quality is average, and I am talking about vegetarian food. Limited options.

Small, no children, not crowded, beautiful and excellent snorkeling.

Rooms/ outdoor cushions could use a little TLC.

As others have mentioned, the food and service is not up to Fiji top standard. There is only one restaurant and the food got monotonous after only two days so my recommendation is don’t bother staying more than three days if you care about food. If you are gluten free/keto/veg I would recommend bringing your own food. The shop is extremely limited. We ended up eating six packets of family size grainwaves over three days.

Beautiful island with fascinating wildlife and some phenomenal, friendly and talented staff. Particularly good if you want a bit of a party and a laugh on an evening. Some of the singing was the best we heard in Fiji.

Parts of the resort are a bit dirty or untidy and there are arguably too many people for the size of the island (especially now the eastern beach no longer really exists), so felt a bit like a microcosm of overpopulation at times, especially when activities were fully booked. Food expensive and of average quality with no other choice (just one restaurant), so worth taking snacks and your own drinks to offset this. However they did have good, balanced vegetarian options on some nights, which were rightly cheaper than the meat/fish meals. You are a bit trapped on the island and the evening entertainment could get too much after a week or more, so wouldn't recommend staying for too long!
