La commis à la réception efficace. Lit et oreiller confortable.

1iere chambre défectueuse. Lors du Changement de chambre, frigo et four micro-ondes inexistant. Le commis nous en a apporté. S DB pas très propre et un gros palmato ds chambre.

The room was very nice and spacious. But full of ladybugs!

The hotel was infested with ladybugs. I called front desk for assistance, was told it was nothing they can do about the ladybugs . A window had been left open by a previous guest and that is how the ladybugs got in. NO Discount ,NO Free Night or nothing!
