JAZ Aquamarine

Just spent 2 weeks in this amazing hotel Didn’t want to leave such a lovely relaxing holiday when we arrived the Christmas decorations were put up and these looked absolutely amazing they made such an effort Would love to spend Christmas here The hotel is stunning and the gardens are so well looked after Our room 2002 was very comfortable and in a lovely peaceful location we never got disturbed. it was cleaned really well on a daily basis and the man who looked after it always put a smile on our faces with his amazing towel art 😀 the only negative is that if you used the drinks in your room there was a charge for them which we’ve never had before but we used to take a drink back to our room so it wasn’t really a problem The food is great here so much choice to choose from in the buffet restaurants You would never go hungry The Indian restaurant is great we ate there twice the food is lovely Ahmed looked after really well he was a really friendly waiter. We also ate at the Italian really nice food and nice atmosphere The grill has an extra charge but the steak was delicious well worth a visit The waves bar is a great place for a few drinks the staff always made sure your glass was never empty nice friendly staff Lots of places to relax in the sun Although we couldn’t get on the sun beds around the pools as they were always taken By people putting their towels on them But the hotel staff did used to put letters on them to try and stop this. Would definitely come here again Couldn’t fault it such a beautiful place and only 15 minutes from the airport

Really good assortment of food, good drinks and spent really good time. Rooms were cleaned everyday, new towels for beach and room, staff always smiling and friendly. Never thought i could spend 7days just in hotel by the pool but i really didn’t want want to go anywhere else, everything in one place. Would come back

My stay was okay, but the front desk staff were not very attentive. I often had to wait for help and didn’t feel very welcomed. Other parts of the stay were fine, but the service at the desk needs improvement.

My experience at this hotel was amazing and looking at coming back next year the animation team were amazing and always put a good show

I had a fantastic stay here. The highlight for me was the food - in particular the desserts in the buffets. There was so much choice - Egyptian specialties, cakes, pastries, puddings, fruit. There was also a range of main dishes, Egyptian and International, including vegetarian options. They have a late dinner buffet until 1am which is very helpful if you do a day trip to the pyramids etc. Aside from the food, the resort has lots of swimming pools, water slides and a private beach. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Very quick service at the bars. I would highly recommend this resort.

All is good recomended, this hotel, many hot pools, good food, only no sea to far, and no normal sand

Mahmood (shisha bar), Michelle (house keeping) and Mohammed (taxi service) provided the best service ever they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and provided service with a smile at all times. Nothing was ever too much. They made our hotel and holiday experience amazing.

Amazing Service from Gaber – Promote Him! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible experience at the Jazz Aquamarine thanks to one of the room service staff members, Gaber. He has truly gone above and beyond during our stay. Every single day, he cleaned our room perfectly and always greeted us with a warm, genuine smile. He has been unbelievably helpful, kind, and professional. It’s rare to meet someone who takes so much pride in their work, and he absolutely deserves recognition for it. Honestly, he should be manager — he’s that good. Gaber has made our stay so much better, and we appreciate everything he’s done for us. He deserves a promotion! This was our 13th visit to this hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we felt so looked after by the amazing staff. We recognise some of the staff and it is always nice to see them again. The food gets better every year and we especially enjoyed the Grill Steak House. In the Four Corners buffet Ahmed Sabar looked after us for breakfast and dinner. He is such a lovely guy and couldn't do enough for us. Our housekeeper Ali in room 5249 did a great job and left us some amazing towel creations. Everyone is always happy, smiling and helpful. The waiters in the Fayrouz Bar were always great keeping the drinks flowing and having a chat when they could. We were disappointed to find that the minibar is no longer free of charge, we thought it still would be on our 13th visit. A point that we think needs addressing is smoking around the pools. We find we have to move a lot due to the amount of smokers in some areas. All this being said we are returning in April and look forward to seeing you all again.
