JAZ Aquamarine

Stayed with my teenage daughter for a week in November. Perfect getaway for sun, water activities and some culture. Excellent service, food and activities on the hotel compound. You can easily spend a week at the hotel only. Impressive water slides the kinds you would find in a water park. I would recommend some fun in the dessert with quads or buggies. Luxor is about four hours away and worth the trip if you’re into that.

I had an awful stay here!disgusting food, dated rooms and in need of several maintainance!The bathroom door locked on us and it took Reception 45minutes to come to us after 5 calls!we got locked in the bedroom, the latch at the top was broken with screws coming out!it took Reception 30minutes to come after 4 calls!our safe was locked, it then broke. The bathroom sink plug was blocked!the service response was shocking!the staff are rude and overall i had a horrible experience!i would not recommend this place to anyone, nor would i stay here again!this has put me off Egypt!do better Jaz Aquamarine!

Just returned from another amazing holiday at the Jaz Aquamarine And can’t thank everyone enough for making our time so special, from staff at the Topaz restaurant; the staff at all the a la Carte restaurants particularly big Al for the wonderful work he does in the Makai Tukai restaurant, to our cleaner this holiday Mohamid Echaid, He did a fantastic job decorating all holiday but particularly for my husbands birthday. We would also like to make a special mention for Amr, a true professional and his wonderful team who work between the Aquarius pool bar and the Makai Tukia restaurant, they are all great fun, super attentive but most of all very polite and a real credit to the hotel They are also one of the reasons they keep us coming back because they make us so welcome , so much so we are coming back again at Xmas . We can’t forget to mention Fox who is a bundle of joy and super helpful when it comes to making any appointments at the salon x This hotel is simply the best everyone is always happy smiley friendly and can’t do enough to make your holiday special Thank you everyone at Jaz See you all soon can’t wait ❤️

I don't have much experience in visiting similar places, and this hotel was recommended by a friend. I liked the overall experience staying here -- rooms and public places are clean, service is good. I liked the garden and overall design of the facility. Pools were generally colder than expected, not every pool was heated, looks like. Food was diverse and quite good, cocktails, especially those made in the Waves bar, were amazing. Sea is pretty shallow at the shore, it takes quite a bit of walking in the water to get to better depth. That's probably good for kids, though.

Jaz Aquamarine is a very large, beautifully designed resort with impressive pools, direct sea access, and an exceptionally clean, well-maintained beach. There are many outlets and restaurants, and one detail that truly impressed me is that some restaurants remain open until 1 AM — perfect for guests arriving late and needing proper service after check-in. Everything is all-inclusive, with consistently high quality. The rooms are spacious, spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The entire property is extremely clean, and the variety of activities is outstanding — you can barely manage to see all the outlets in three days. Each day has new programs, great entertainment, and a live band every evening. The bars stay open late, and the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming. I would also like to highlight Ayman Mosalem, the Front Desk Manager. He is truly exceptional — highly professional, incredibly supportive, and leads his team with great skill. Every time I needed something, it felt as if it was solved before I even asked. His professionalism elevates the entire guest experience. Another aspect that exceeded my expectations is safety and security. They are very attentive and strict with everyone entering the hotel, including Uber drivers. For me and my family, this was a very pleasant and reassuring surprise — it shows how much they value their guests’ well-being. The food is diverse, abundant, and always available — whether you want snacks, fruits, sweets, or full meals, there is something at every moment of the day. Despite what many people say, you do not need to tip to receive good service. Nice hotel we came for all inclusive deal - the hotel is very big you get your steps in , Depending on where your room is located lots to do in terms of activities it has a la carts restaurants some are extra charge but the 3 we went to wasn’t - over all nice enough
