Beautiful hotel and family friendly . Housekeeping really good and staff kind and helpful, i do recomand and will definetly come back

Hotel facilities are great and very clean Pools were heated and there are multiple aqua parks Snacks and food at the pools and the beach Very friendly staff, i would like to thank Mazen who was very supportive and helped us booking the restaurants and late checkout The only thing that i think can be better is food which was average in my opinion

We stayed 8 days 7 nights at this hotel and we enjoyed every day! Michelle our housekeeper was very good and friendly. Our room was so clean! But also the garden everywhere was so clean. The food is also good, the pools are good. The only thing is the beach.. there is no good beach so that was too bad.

I really liked the hotel, they provided baby cot for my baby. Perfect service and good cleaning . Radwa helped us to make early check in and gave us better room with pool view. Everyone is so kind and nice , family friendly

The service was great, Radwa in the reception was extremely helpful, as well as everybody we needed helpful from. We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel furniture might need a slight renovation, but other than that the facilities were really good.

The best thing about this hotel, without a doubt, is its staff! Professionalism, helpfulness,... which explains why I keep coming back several times. Special mention to: Marcos (réception) professional, friendly, helpful, efficient—you have a problem? He already has the solution. And always with a smile. He made us feel comfortable and confident. Our stay wouldn't have been the same without him. A huge thank you to him for his professionalism! K.AOUN.

What a fantastic & awesome place to stay!! What can I say, this was my 5th time staying there at it has always felt like a home from home. Our housekeeper was Michelle (4202) he was absolutely amazing, he looked after us & was brilliant, the room was spotless. To the bar we were looked after as ever by Ahmed, Hussain & crew and they treated us like family. Muhammad also from the bar & Four Corners restaurant was awesome, along with Hala what a lovely & polite young lady, they always had a smile on their faces & were extremely welcoming every day. Also a massive shout out to Yousef in the Topaz restaurant, he had become a very good friend & is always a happy & polite person. We have always had a fabulous & friendly time with all the staff at the Jaz Aquamarine. You guys rock …. X. See you next year x

I am happy for choosing this Hotel for my first stay in Hurghada. Nice and clean territory, amazing warm pool, frendly animators, delicious food. Had great garden view apartment with chance to watch sunrise every morning.

Everything about our stay was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well maintained, offering great comfort throughout our stay. The restaurants and bars were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks, and a great atmosphere at all times. A very special thanks to Matyais, the Bars Manager, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. His attention to detail and care for guests truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommended resort — we will definitely come back again! 🌟
