The entire staff was fantastic—very friendly, polite, and professional. They truly made our stay enjoyable- especially Radwa who was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help and offer great suggestions.

We stayed at Jaz Aquamarine over New Year as a family of six, with four children aged 7, 5, 2 and 1. It was a busy time of year, but overall we had a great trip and would happily recommend the hotel to other families. What worked well The hotel is very family friendly and clearly set up with kids in mind. There are lots of pools, many of them heated in winter, which made a huge difference with younger children. The slides and play areas were a big hit, and the kids’ clubs gave us a chance to properly relax. The whole resort is spotless and very well maintained. Service was consistently good and staff were helpful throughout our stay. Food choice was strong, with plenty of options to suit adults and children, and having a football pitch on site was a real bonus for burning off energy. Opportunities for improvement The beach itself is not great and was probably the weakest part of the experience. The à la carte restaurants were fine, but nothing memorable. Over New Year the hotel was extremely busy, which meant it sometimes felt a bit impersonal and harder to get that extra level of attention. Overall Despite a few small downsides, we had a fantastic family holiday. The facilities, cleanliness, and focus on children make this a brilliant choice for families, especially in winter. We would highly recommend Jaz Aquamarine and would happily return.

This is a 10 star hotel, a huge resort with many pools, some more heated, some less, restaurants, green spaces that make you feel like you're in paradise, respectful staff, diverse food. Very good value for money too.

We had the pleasure of having Alaa as our housekeeper/cleaner. Very good job he did every day. Good cleaning and tidying of all our daily mess from vacation with a kid. He made our daughter very happy with cute animals made of towels and decorations with flowers. We feel like being at Home, except that it is more clean here in the hotel❤️😄

Another amazing visit to this beautiful hotel.We spent Christmas and New year which was really special. Food is always very good something for everyone. Staff are what makes our visits so special from housekeeping pools restaurants bars gardeners so many to name and not forgetting management who work so hard. Looking forward to our next visit in march

Had a brilliant stay at JAZ Aquamarine in Hurgada. The animation team was brilliant. Foods, drinks, snacks available in time. Good variety, plenty to choose from. The hotel is very clean. Will definitely come back.

Wonderful hotel. Very nice staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. This is third time and we will be back to this hotel
