JAZ Aquamarine

Overall, a lovely stay. We’ definitely visit again! But here’s a summary: Good bits: - Gabi was amazing making sure our room was always clean, tidy and he was always smiling. - lovey waiters by the pool serving drinks always smiling. - Japanese restaurant was lovely and worth a visit. - pools are warm (apart from the cold pools!) which is great. - good overall is good. - lots of space so it feels spread out. - NYE was great, they go to a lot of effort. - food was good overall, a bit ‘samey’ but you expect that. Use Sun transfers it cost €25 Not so good bits (not enough to make us Not want to go!) - check in is quite slow. You can’t pay contactless so have cash ready or be ready to bank transfer when they send a link. - we booked a swim up room and had requested a certain room over 6 months before but we still had issues on the night. It was rectified after nearly an hour but it was frustrating as it couldn’t be sorted until the day after so we had to wait and move rooms. - some staff are lovely, but there were some who were really rude which is a shame. It was like two extremes. Reception staff in particular were quite blunt. - some wear and tear around the rooms etc for a 5 star it sometimes didn’t feel like that. The shower for example was the worst we’d had in a 5 star.

Amazing hotel, atmosphere and stay at Jaz Aquamarine. And I really must say, it’s the first time ever that we as a family and especially the children connect on such a sweet level with the man who cleaned our room 3250 every day, Ahmed Mohammed. He really made our stay something extra. Every day when we got back from the beach he surprised the kids with different animals made out of towels. Last day of our stay was a real surprise for sure and he had an amazing sense of service and creating well being for us as a family. Always close by, mindful and asking us if everything was ok and if he could be helpful in any way. With that said, Big shoutout to Ahmed Mohammed who cleaned room 3250.

The hotel is very big and with many pools and green areas. There are many restaurants also with much different food.

The hotel & location are stunning,we've been a few times now the welcome gets better every time,the staff are so pleasant from cleaning staff to management,all well trained as for Jazmine,in the office well she's absolutely fantastic,such a diamond,now the pool areas are all done without any disrespect it's a hotel that offers everything can't wait to go back next year,

The best hotel and amazing party at new year we will come back definitly every departmant was perfect espicial reception and Radwa and halim was amazing and helped us a lot ans also the best housekeeper named ahmed mohamed.

We just returned from this amazing hotel. The hotel is just a short drive from the airport. The stuff at the reception is very helpful and polite. The food is amazing and always presented so beautiful! The is lots of pool. Some are heated during winter. Our room was quite big and kept very clean thanks to Michael who was always very helpful and hardworking. Thank you Michael. We had an amaxing holiday and I'm sure this was not our last visit!

While Jaz Aquamarine has many positives, the hotel is unfortunately starting to show its age. Our room didn’t quite meet 5-star expectations, with noticeable wear and tear and poor attention to details such as the bedding and curtains, which affected both the look and overall comfort of the room. As a result, the room didn’t feel or look like a true 5-star experience. That said, what truly stood out was the staff. Several team members were absolutely amazing and made a real effort to improve our stay. In particular, Radwa at reception deserves special recognition, she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, well looked after, and felt genuinely welcomed. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference and helped balance out some of the disappointments. With some refurbishment and better attention to room details, this hotel has the potential to fully match the excellent service provided by its staff.

Amazing hotel, food was great, cleanness is top, extremely friendly staff specially miss Radwa, can't wait to visit it again.

Overall, the hotel is very good and we were satisfied with the stay. The food quality was excellent and the service was pleasant. However, we believe that the entertainment programs need more attention and improvement, especially in terms of variety and duration. We hope to see better activities in future visits

Family friendly hotel helpful staff. Radwa from reception helped us check in early because we have a baby and we arrived really early to the hotel. I recomend this hotel
