Hotel has big territory and it is not problem to be just in the hotel the hole week. Several pools with heating. We had very good time with our family in this hotel.

Almost faultless. Easily the best staff I’ve had anywhere on any trip across the globe. We had our two year old daughter with us and the staff would never walk past without saying hello etc.

Everything was perfect in this hotel. But first of all: we had a very nice room-cleaner (room 4031). His name is Michael. Everyday he did every thing for us and it was very clean. Thank you very much. You are a kind man. Peter and Marjo.

We stayed at this hotel from March 1st to March 8th and were very pleasantly surprised. This was our 4th stay in Egypt and we consider it the best one so far! **HOTEL:** The hotel itself is great – very spacious, with many things to explore. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The only downside is the lack of public toilets near the pool area. There is a toilet in the lobby and one near the clinic, but there should definitely be more available around the hotel. **ROOMS:** We stayed in rooms 3175 and 3177, and Mohamed, who cleaned our rooms, did an amazing job! Every day he surprised us with something new, and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The only negative thing was the bed sheet on the mattress – it kept slipping, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. **FOOD AND DRINKS:** The food was good overall, but there were quite a lot of cartilage pieces in the chicken. For a 5-star hotel, they should pay more attention to details like that. The alcohol was very good. **À LA CARTE RESTAURANT – NINOS (Italian cuisine):** Unfortunately, we do not recommend it. The food was terrible and did not resemble Italian cuisine in either appearance or taste.

The hotel is great. Plenty to do and the staff are really good & helpful. Especially Peter in the restaurant. The food had a good variety, I personally didn’t like the meat quality, the chicken was full of fat and gristle! Other than this, the hotel was perfect and the à la carte restaurants were lovely.

the hotel could not do enough to accommodate our needs/requests. Made the holiday special and memorable for everyone in the group.

Just returned from Jaz Aquamarine and had an enjoyable stay. Lots of positives: I found the staff pleasant and attentive. However some of the other guests were fairly rude. There was a real mixture of nationalities, and some of these seemed to be really impolite and talk down to the staff. The grounds (gardening) were immaculate. There were always beds available around the pools (though you may need to shuffle them around if you want to catch the sun). Drinks/cocktails were good. Gym was ok for a hotel, if a bit small as it was sometimes full. Slides were ok to keep families busy. Room was lovely. Reasons I didn’t give 5 stars: Beach was a bit pointless. It was 6” deep for about 500m out. They were building a pier to bypass this rocky walk, but it won’t be complete until May. You were allowed 3 visits to the restaurants during the stay, which were nice. On the buffet nights it was sometimes difficult to piece together a nice meal. I think the buffet food could’ve been better for a 5 star. During the day, we had constant visits around the pool. You expect guest relations or entertainment reps, but there were people selling boat trips, safaris, sun glasses cleaning, massages and nail treatments. I understand they need to make a living, but every 15 minutes you were saying no thanks. Maybe they should reduce their visits to once a day, it would have been better. Apart from that we had a lovely 1 week stay.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel. The facilities and location were fine, but my experience with one of the animators, Mina, made my stay uncomfortable. He repeatedly approached me asking for money and behaved in a way that felt unprofessional. He also flirted with me in a way that I personally found inappropriate and unwelcome. I believe hotel staff, especially those interacting with guests, should always behave professionally and respect personal boundaries. Because of this experience, I did not feel as comfortable during my stay as I expected. I hope the hotel management will pay more attention to this in the future.
