Comfortable living Had everything you need in kitchen, very well stocked.

Fold out bed uncomfortable Very pushy to join the club by attending a seminar. On holiday and not the slightest bit interested in sitting in a seminar. Then getting phoned by reception to ask if we were interested again after saying no.

The breakfast was lovely as well as the people running it.

Reception staff need better training, the extra charges you get slapped with the moment you rock up is ridiculous I came for a mental health stay and certain staff definitely impacted my mental health. No one was quick to help, I was overcharged my bond fee, made to feel like I was an inconvenience. There was one receptionist that invited us to an hour presentation with some pretty cool gifts. I was told I was welcome to attend but as I had small kids my partner had an exemption from attending. When I went downstairs to be checked in for my time Caron greeted me in the most abrupt manner, she told me I was no longer welcome to come because my partner wasn’t coming she had no compassion towards my situation and her service was abysmal. I’m very grateful for the breakfast crew they really empathised with my situation and picked up the duty of care towards customers.

View, location, size of the apartment.

Caught in a time‑share pitch during check‑in, which felt invasive. Staff should ask permission before approaching guests with sales. Beds were uncomfortable. Both were on a lean. Had to put cushions under the mattress to flatten it out.

Superb location. Excellent customer service

They were trying very hard to pitch their Wyndham club membership. Also the tv were outdated. First room was very dusty and bathroom was having leakage coming to bedroom but after reporting to reception they gave us new room which was good but again Tv were outdated.
