We had a wonderful stay. We truly appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff were, doing their best to arrange an early check-in and a late check-out for us. The complimentary wine and birthday cake were such thoughtful touches and made my birthday even more special. We loved the location of our room, which offered beautiful, relaxing views. The hotel's location is fantastic, with everything conveniently nearby. The pool area is great, providing enjoyment for both kids and adults. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again.

There were just a couple of minor things that could be improved. There was a part of the folded sofa bed that protruded when folded and could be uncomfortable if someone accidentally sat on it.It would also be wonderful if fresh towels could be provided daily, even for shorter stays. Other than these small points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
